Our online proofing system is custom designed to host all of your images in one centralized location. Images can be accessed at anytime and reorders placed via a shopping cart. We provide you with a URL and images are set up by day and event for easy review. Password protection can be provided upon request.
The archival proofing system can host several years of shows on one page for easy access. For show producers who have multiple events, we can host all your events on one page, simplifying the process of having to go to different websites or having to look for misplaced CDs, etc.
Instant Imaging System
Our Instant Imaging System gives you the ability to download photos from your event as they are taken to use on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, and other social media networks.
- Our advanced wi-fi enabled technology enables us to instantly upload a photo as we take it!
- The photos are uploaded directly from our camera as we continue shooting, via our private, secure wireless connection, making it instantly available.
- By accessing our photo galleries, you have full access to your images WHILE they are still being captured.

Executive Protraits
Our on-location portrait studio can be set up anywhere making it convenient for all your executives to have their pictures taken while they are in the room.
- Our lights and background can be set up anywhere there is space--a hallway, conference room, breakout room.
- Just schedule your executives when to be in the photo area, and we'll capture them.
- We approach portraits with a fun, relaxing attitude.
- Photo area can also be used to take formal award presentation shots.

Rates
Our rates Include:
- The time scheduled for the photographer.
- All photos come in high resolution JPEG format and are delivered on a CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or by FTP file transfer.
- An online gallery of photos for easy reviewing and ordering of additional prints.
- Shared copyright: you can use or reproduce the photographs as you see fit without owing additional money to our company.
- Next day or same day turnaround of the images.
- Instant Imaging System upon request.
